Please provide your own address so that when your order is received, an information pack can be posted to you. Allow up to three working days for receipt. The pack will include an order form. If you wish to send the item as a gift, please provide the recipient's address on this form. Post the completed form to the address given, along with your original photo, CD or disk. Please then allow up to 28 days from the receipt of your photograph for delivery of your item. Note that black and white photographs cannot be reproduced in colour. You must either be owner of, or have the right to use, the images provided.
